Lacrosse sticks are the most important piece of equipment
for any lacrosse
player. The right lacrosse stick in the right hands can make an
impact in any game. Like baseball players with their gloves,
lacrosse sticks are personal objects for many players, as they spend
a great deal of time working with them and breaking them in.
Lacrosse sticks range in price from cheaper
models around $40 to custom-made sticks ranging upwards of $300.
Often, however, price is not an indication of quality, as many cheap
sticks offer very good performance. In addition to complete sticks,
makers sell heads and shafts individually, allowing players to mix
and match their favorite models and styles.
